The keys will be released for your new property when the seller's sollicitors have received the funds and confirmed completion with the buyer. 

There is a conveyancing chain when there is more than one buyer and the seller in the process of buying and selling a house. When there is a conveyancing chain the property completion is dependant on the other parties in the chain. 

Conveyancing enquiries can take anywhere from a week to four weeks. Naturally, however, if you raise a number of enquiries, it may take longer, but in the long run, it could save yourself a big headache if a major issue you were unware of arises. 

If you want to re-mortgage your home or investment property, we can advise you on your mortgage offer and the terms and conditions of it. We will also liaise with your mortgage lender on your behalf.

We also give advice on matrimonial transfers, which is when you add or remove someone from the title deed due to a new mortgage or the finalisation of a divorce, for example.
