Any family relationship can fail, for all sorts of reasons. You probably need professional advice.
We can help you agree a division of the family assets or if necessary take Court proceedings to protect you. Legal Aid or Public Funding is sometimes available.
If there are children involved, we can advise you about residence (formerly called 'custody'), contact ('access') and financial provision.. We are members of the Child Care Panel, and we are very experienced in representing both parents and children who are involved in care proceedings before the Courts.
If you have been detained under the Mental Health Act, we can represent you before Mental Health Appeal Tribunals and we can advise on Mental Health issues if you or a family member are an informal patient.
